Get to know me

I’ve always felt that for counselling to be effective, the relationship between you and your counsellor has to be genuine, comfortable, safe and trustworthy. You know that stereotypical view of therapy where you’d lay on the couch and the therapist would sit behind you robotically taking notes? Well, that’s basically the opposite of how I think therapy should be. Which is why I started a practice where therapy is about creating a real connection and getting to know you and your story deeply. This way, I can truly understand and address what’s really going on for you at the core.
