Adolescents
Individual counselling and support for teenagers aged 12-18
Although it’s great to talk to a friend or family member about what’s going on for you, sometimes we may worry about what people might think of us, possibly being a burden or that others won't really understand. Talking to a counsellor can be really helpful if you’re feeling this way because listening, understanding and helping is what we’re here to do. It’s a space that’s all about you, guilt free, and can be the first step in changing your life for the better.
