Individual counselling and support for teenagers aged 12-18

Although it’s great to talk to a friend or family member about what’s going on for you, sometimes we may worry about what people might think of us, possibly being a burden or that others won't really understand. Talking to a counsellor can be really helpful if you’re feeling this way because listening, understanding and helping is what we’re here to do. It’s a space that’s all about you, guilt free, and can be the first step in changing your life for the better.

I can help with
  •  School related stress e.g. school refusal, homework stress, issues with other students, wanting to fit in and belong, figuring out what to do when school ends

  • Difficulty with family relationships

  • Anxiety (social, general and worry)

  • Panic attacks

  • Depression

  • Self harm

  • Mood changes

  • Romantic relationships and break ups

  • Sexuality and gender identity

  • Transition counselling e.g. year 12 – when school ends

  • Support with figuring out the perfect career path for you

  • How to develop lasting social connections

You can contact me yourself or get a parent, teacher or school well being staff to get in touch on your behalf.
