Do you stop thinking about therapy after your session ends? Majority of your life happens outside of the one hour you have for therapy. Yet many of us leave our issues and self-reflection at the door by the end the session. Continuing the work outside of sessions by reflecting on what was discussed and engaging with psychological or self-development content can increase the benefits you experience from therapy overall.
So, every so often, I'll be compiling a few of my favourite resources from that month to help you connect to your inner world, continue healing and making therapy gains outside of your sessions as well as in them.
